Barista is actually an Italian word, which means bartender. In our term, Barista means the man who make a coffee. Barista should have a good understanding about coffee since it grown, roasting profile, coffee characteristics, coffee storage and brewing techniques. It’s a truly multi-discipline knowledge, that’s why only dedicated Barista can produce fine coffee. PASSION DRIVES DEDICATION. That’s the motto.
